Canon Human Services Center (also known as Brown Scapular Program) is a treatment center in Los Angeles, California that focuses on mental health and substance abuse services by providing substance abuse treatment and detoxification services. The programs offered are designed for persons with mental and substance abuse disorders, persons with HIV / AIDS, gays and lesbians, pregnant / postpartum women, men, women, seniors / older adults, and criminal justice clients.
